CSCO is hosted by the Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment (ACODE), an independent public policy research and advocacy Think Tank based in Uganda, working in the East and Southern Africa sub-regions on a wide range of public policy issues. The organization’s core business is policy research and analysis, policy outreach and capacity building. ACODE has the Environment and Natural Resource Governance Program, whose Manager is the CSCO Focal person.
The CSCO Secretariat comprises of a National Coordinator, a Program officer, Senior Research Fellow, Research officers, and a Communications Officer hosted by ACODE. This team with the support of the host institution is mandated with running the day to day operations of the coalition.
